Dr. Milton Herring is a graduate of Morehouse College (BA Bus. Admin.), has a Masters of Divinity degree from Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia and a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Southern California School of Ministry in Inglewood, California. Having pastored for many years, he currently serves as the founding pastor of Living Word Christian Church International located in Torrance, CA.

Dr. Herring is a Vietnam era veteran and currently serves as a Chaplain (Lt. Colonel) in the United States Army Reserves. He was deployed in support of Iraqi Freedom serving in Kuwait (2004-05). He was pastor over the ‘Gospel Services’ and was used by God to bring hundreds into the Kingdom of God.

Pastor Cinda Herring serves as co-pastor and in the capacities of teacher and praise leader. Pastor Cinda also serves the City of Torrance, Ca. as a Civil Service Commissioner, Chairman of the Community Advisory Council for Family Preservation and South Bay Chapter President for the Network of Evangelical Women in Ministry. She holds a bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management.

Pastors Milton and Cinda Herring were ordained by Bishop Keith A. Butler of Word of Faith International Christian Center headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. They have been married for 35 years and have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren.
